Tracking Information:

Upon shipping, the tracking numbers for orders are acquired from the respective carriers and integrated into our Shopify platform. This typically occurs within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. As our operations continue to scale and as we process more sales, we aim to reduce this tracking information processing time to as little as 12 hours.

Customers will receive an automatic notification containing their order's tracking link as soon as it is integrated into our system.

Processing Time:

Please note that while we strive to ensure every order is dispatched as soon as possible, there can be a processing period that occurs before your product is on its way. This processing period is currently at a maximum of 48 hours but with growing sales volume, we aim to reduce it to 12 hours in the near future.
